Live Stock Market Updates:Markets trade weak; Infosys down by 2.2%

IndiaBulls Real Estate Limited has witnessed addition of nearly 29.3% in its open interest in the morning hours on Thursday. The stock touched its intraday high of Rs 103.75 per share up by 5.19%.

 

Infosys Limited is trading down by nearly 2.2% at Rs 948.05 per share after the announcement of its financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2017.

 

There are 959 advances, 562 declines and 420 unchanged stocks on NSE reflecting fairly positive bias floating in the market.

 

At 10 AM, the S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 29602 down 41 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 9185 down 17 points. A total of 64 stocks registered a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 9 stocks touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.

 

The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading up 0.13% at 14365, whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading up 0.43% at 14916.

 

Some buying activity is seen in Energy, Finance and HEalthcare while FMCG, Information Technology and Telecom are showing weakness on BSE.

 

Bank of Baroda, IndiaBulls Real Estate, Reliance Industries Limited and GAIL are among the gainers, whereas Hindalco, Infosys, TCS and Tata Steel are losing sheen on NSE in the first trading hour.
