The INDIA VIX is down 1.43% at 10.9. The S&P BSE Sensex is buying and selling at 31401 up 155 factors, while Nifty is trading at 9675 up 38 factors.

PSU banks were pushing the bank Nifty upwards. bank Nifty index used to be trading at 23448, up by 96 factors. PNB is the highest gainer in PSU financial institution index. PNB was trading up through 4.03% at Rs 142.10.

Syndicate financial institution was buying and selling up by way of 3.02% at Rs 76.75 per share, Canara bank used to be trading up by 2.72 at Rs 341.45 per share, Allahabad bank was once trading up via 2.46% at Rs 68.85 per share.

At 11 AM, the S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 31401 up a 155 points, whereas Nifty is buying and selling at 9675 up 38 points. a total of 74 stocks registered a contemporary 52-week excessive in trade these days, while 17 shares touched a new 52-week low on the NSE.

There are 1091 advances, 474 declines and 383 unchanged stocks on NSE reflecting a positive tone in the market.

The BSE Mid Cap Index is buying and selling up 0.57% at 14987, while BSE Small Cap Index is buying and selling up 0.77% at 15861.

Some shopping for activity is seen in Realty, FMCG, Finance and Industrials, whereas, Utilities, consumer Durables and Oil & fuel are displaying weak point on BSE.

SBIN, bank of Baroda, ITC and Indiabulls Housing Finance are among the many gainers, whereas ONGC, GAIL, NTPC and Infratel are losing on the NSE.
